Summer Iced Coffee Menu: Five Drinks From One Bottle
Share
Summer is here, and with one bottle of coffee extract in the fridge you can make a different iced coffee every day of the working week.
Monday — Classic iced latte
Fill a glass with ice, add 30 ml extract, top with cold milk.
Tuesday — Iced long black
Ice, 30 ml extract, cold water to taste. Clean and refreshing.
Wednesday — Vietnamese-style
Add 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk to the glass, then ice and extract. Stir well.
Thursday — Iced mocha
Mix 1 tbsp chocolate syrup with the extract, pour over ice and top with milk. Add whipped cream if it's been a long week.
Friday — Coconut cold coffee
Ice, extract, and chilled coconut water or coconut milk. It's light and very good on a hot afternoon.
There's no brewing, no waiting for anything to cool, and no melted ice watering down your coffee. Because it's shelf-stable for up to 12 months, you can keep a spare bottle in the pantry for when the first one runs out.
